At the helm of Solid Growth Properties is Darren Smith, a visionary leader dedicated to revolutionizing the industrial real estate market. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence, Darren ensures that every transaction reflects our values of integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging over two decades of experience, Darren has successfully purchased over 200 properties directly from property owners across Colorado and Pennsylvania. With nearly $100 million worth of real estate bought and sold under his belt, Darren's track record speaks for itself. Our commitment to building lasting relationships is evident as we have had several owners sell multiple properties to us, and many have reinvested with us post-sale. Beyond his professional achievements, Darren is a dedicated family man, with his wife Lauren serving as a hospice physician and their four-year-old son Henry. Darren's community involvement extends to his ten-year membership with Rotary, where he has been Chair of the Fundraising Committee for five years. Additionally, he serves as the VP of the council and chairs the Finance committee at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Outside of work and community service, Darren enjoys spending quality time outdoors, whether it's hiking, skiing, kayaking, shooting, or electric skateboarding.

Abigail joined the team in September 2023, bringing her Lancaster County roots and passion for organization and efficiency to the role. In her administrative capacity, Abigail ensures seamless coordination and effective communication within the team. When she's not supporting Darren and the team, Abigail enjoys exploring new destinations with her boyfriend Michael, indulging her love for traveling. An avid fitness enthusiast, she also enjoys staying active outdoors with her daughter Savannah, and is passionate about skincare. Abigail plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Solid Growth Properties.
